Amazingly Adventurous

Purabi combines her work with mountaineering and trekking interest.
In 2004, for the first time Purabi did a solo-trek to Machapuchare, which is a part of the Annapurna mountain range, Nepal. She has been climbing volcanic, arid and snow-capped mountains: Indonesia (2002-06), Finland, Switzerland and France (2008-12), Ecuador and Colombia (2013-14), Kenya (2014), Indian Himalayan range of Ladakh, India (2017-18), and Inka trail in Cusco, Peru (2019).  Bungee jumping in São Paulo, Brazil, flying in an open cockpit microlight aircraft in Gujarat, India, or star-gazing at the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Uganda.. always ready for game.

2013: Solo climbing in Pichincha Volcano summit, but a group of super collegial students of Ecuador adopted Purabi!

Delicately Delicious

Traditional indigenous authentic food is of her interest and loves experimenting with healthy gluten and lactose free ingredients.
She is literally putting in practice her education in Food and Nutrition Science from SNDT college and from Nirmala Niketan Home Science college, Mumbai.  Here are a few photos of her culinary work!
